Excellent site for ActiveX components to be downloaded from. Rates the components it recieves and uses a couple of neat ones on its site too. Also has some hints on how to create your own ActiveX controls.

Absolutely hundreds of ActiveX controls and examples here, this site is a massive resource and is probably (in my opinion) the best place to find a lot of easily downloadable ActiveX components. Also has a lot of non-ActiveX stuff here.
